Saddleworth Parish Church relies on the skills and time generosity of local people, as a place of worship but also to re-imagine the usefulness of the buildings and churchyards for its community. It is the volunteers that make a continued difference to Saddleworth, and keeps the church open.
Volunteers do not need to be active church attendees; we benefit from the experience and skills of an individuals contribution. Any age too, there are are diverse number of roles suitable to most people in way of giving time and expertise.
We hope to preserve the heritage of our local iconic building for future generations.
