Saddleworth church has completed an Eco-Survey which details how we are caring for God’s earth in different areas of life and work. Our answers collect points which go toward an Eco Church Award. We have achieved Silver.
Eco-Church is a scheme for all churches to take part in. Our team of volunteers have quietly gone about making slight adjustments from recycling, use of detergents and are our primary churchyard land managers.
Our team have introduced incredible edibles, which are small community gardens located in a few different places around Saddleworth.
